FireUX Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FireUX or any application built on the FireUX platform (including but not limited to Misebox, Werkbox, and other tenant environments), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use FireUX.
2. Description of Service
FireUX is a platform that provides authentication, user profiles, data storage, job-posting functionality, and application hosting for multiple FireUX-powered apps.
You acknowledge that:
- FireUX manages your identity, login, and profile data
- Tenant apps interact with your data through the FireUX platform
- FireUX is the primary provider of your user account
3. User Accounts
To use FireUX, you must create an account authenticated through our Firebase-powered system. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for actions performed through your account
FireUX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Permitted Use
You may use FireUX only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt FireUX or any hosted app
- Misuse FireUX features (e.g., job posting, messaging, roles)
- Impersonate other users
- Reverse-engineer or circumvent platform restrictions
5. Platform Roles & Responsibilities
FireUX provides:
- Authentication
- Core user profiles
- Data infrastructure
- Global job system
- App runtime environments
Tenant apps (like Misebox or Werkbox) may offer additional features, but FireUX remains the central service provider and data controller. You acknowledge that FireUX is not the legal employer, contractor, or agent for any jobs posted within FireUX-powered apps.
6. Content & Data
You are responsible for any content you submit, including:
- Profile information
- Job postings
- Messages
- Uploaded media
FireUX may remove or moderate content at its discretion.
7. Third-Party Integrations
FireUX uses third-party providers (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud) for hosting, authentication, and analytics. By using FireUX, you agree to their respective terms as required.
8. Termination
FireUX may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violations of these Terms. You may stop using FireUX at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
FireUX is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or issues arising from tenant apps using the FireUX platform.
